Print This PostThis 3D video demonstrates the surgical protocol to be followed to rehabilitate an atrophic maxilla using the All-on-4TM Concept.
The All-on-4TM Concept is an innovative technique developed in the early 90’s at MALO CLINIC that allows for immediate function, full-arch, implant supported prosthetics. This widely applicable surgical protocol that avoids time consuming and often debilitating bone grafting procedures, allows for a simple and immediate rehabilitation with a provisional bridge fixed on 4 implants, with minimum cantilevers, immediately following the surgery.
For the severely atrophic maxilla, this technique is complemented with extra-maxillary (zygoma) anchored implants when necessary.
