This video presents an open (flapped approach) All-on-4TM mandibular surgery as well as the immediate prosthesis delivery (3-4 hours following the surgery). Also included are images of the initial and final OPG.

The surgery was the first stage of the treatment plan established for this 59-years-old female patient who presented with severe bone loss and a “terminal dentition”, having several teeth in both jaws that were severely compromised.

The rehabilitation of the upper jaw was performed on the following day also utilizing the All-on-4TM open (flapped) approach. Simultaneous rehabilitation was presented to the patient but she preferred to have the surgeries performed in 2 consecutive days. Remaining teeth were extracted immediately prior to each surgery.
