Osstell ISQ: Worth the Investment?

I have been researching ways to more objectively assess implant stability and I recently came across the Ostell ISQ

I am interested in purchasing a Piezo type surgical unit for use in extracting teeth and creating lateral windows for maxillary sinus lifts.

Could anyone please tell me how to sterilize the new Ankylos surgical kit?

I have read the literature on radio frequency analysis and am impressed by what it can do for implant placement.

I would love some comments comparing and contrasting the various piezo surgery systems that are now on the market.

Recently, I have bought a number of new instruments to do atraumatic extractions to preserve bone so I need to do less bone grafting for implants.

Are ridge expansion instruments safe for D-1 or D-2 bone of the lower posterior arch?
