I would like to use a soft tissue diode laser more for Stage 2 uncovery. What are your recommendations?

Has anybody used the laser to do part of the surgery for dental implant placement? I would think that the laser would be very useful for making the initial incisions through the soft tissue at the implant site.

To all of you who use lasers to treat peri-implantitis, what does the laser do to the implant surface, and do you use the laser on hard or soft tissue?

If we compare the use of lasers to the traditional surgical approach, lasers clearly are the better choice. Using a laser to perform implant surgery enables us to prepare the implant site with minimal trauma to the hard and soft tissue.
