I have a patient with high aesthetic demands for a single cement retained crown on an implant… After 5 months, the patient experiences pain on an intermittent basis.

Recently I have been using sintered cobalt chrome metal frameworks for implant restorations. Do you think this is a viable alternative to titanium?

You will note that some of the implants have been placed too far buccally. I am really at a loss what to do next.

I was torquing down the fourth screw of an abutment for an All-on-4 case when the screw broke off in the abutment channel.

I have a patient who presents with missing teeth #8,9,10. I am planning to restore the missing teeth with an implant supported fixed partial denture.

My question is why can I remove temporarily cemented crowns cemented with TempBond off natural teeth with no problem but cannot remove crowns cemented on implant abutments?

At most of the lectures I have attended on cementing crowns and bridges on implants, no one talks about the problem of removing the excess cement. If not removed, excess cement can cause peri-implantitis and maybe even eventual loss of the implant.

I am encountering problems with Biohorizons tapered implants which have been suffering abutment screw loosening.
