    fantastic - i use this technique with ankylos all the time - do u load immediately - studies show bone training german concept on early loading of these - soft diet for 8 weeks results in bone thickening around implant - what ur views

    I do this technique 2 to three times a week but add Puros Cancellous Particles to the area between the implant and the buccal plate after I place the Healing cap and before I suture. I NEVER! immediately temporize these in Type IV Bone but I do everywhere else.

    Thank you for showing the video. Dental implant after extraction also can be used with NobelActive. It’s easier and self-drilling, the direction of the implant can be changed if needed.
