About Dr. Charles R. Fahncke

Dr. Fahncke just recently relocated his dental practice to Sylvania, OH. Our new state-of-the-art facility is located in the Progressive Wellness Building at 7640 West Sylvania Avenue. Our office suite features the latest in digital x-ray and intraoral photographic imaging as well as a fully equipped in-house dental laboratory. This gives Dr. Fahncke the resources necessary to personally fabricate crowns, bridges and dentures to his own exacting standards.
