This presentation will focus on the application of hard and soft tissue grafting in the esthetic zone to achieve optimal esthetic and functional dental implants reconstruction for long term success.

It will feature the use of a unique dental implant design of computer generated Laser Lok microchannels and its impact on long term implant esthetics. A broad spectrum of clinical cases that will include socket grafting, ridge splitting, particulate and block grafting along with connective tissue and soft tissue allografts will be presented.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Diagnose and treatment plan single and multiple tooth placement in the esthetic zone.

• Understand the role and surgical protocol of socket grafting, ridge splitting, mandibular block autografts, connective tissue grafts, acellular dermal matrix, and use of bioactive modifiers in the esthetic zone.

• Discuss immediate dental implant placement and temporization while maintaining optimum esthetics and crestal bone long term.

• Understand the science and clinical research used to develop Laser Lok microchannels.

• Learn how Laser Lok microchannels maintain soft tissue and crestal bone levels around dental implants.
