Dental implants can effectively replace missing incisors. This case describes and explains how the author treatment planned for the demanding aesthetic requirement of restoring congenitally missing teeth. Using 11mm implants, placed 1.5mm to 2mm sub crestal, and an anorganic porous bovine-derived
bone material to further enhance and try and restore bony eminence normally associated with canines in the root region, this case highlights the requirements for good treatment planning.
