• Acquire a clear understanding of the possibilities as well as the limitations of alternative implant placement techniques including immediate placement, osteotome techniques, and immediate loading.

• Acquire an understanding of the step by step process of using digital imaging and stereolithographic surgical guides for implant surgery.

• Understand how computer-aided-design can improve restorative aspects
of implant dentistry, particularly related to implant abutment design and manufacture.

• Better appreciate the importance of communication between all members of the dental implant team.

This course is appropriate for clinicians interested in gaining a complete overview of implant dentistry.

• Restorative dentists who would like to acquire a more in-depth and
comprehensive understanding of implant surgery.

comprehensive understanding of implant restoration.
