El.En. Group announced today the appointment of a new management team to lead its North American Dental business, currently known as DEKA Laser Technologies, LLC. The new management team includes dental industry veterans Tom Stratton and Michel Madeira.

Prior to DEKA, Mr. Stratton was the General Manager of the Dental Implant Division of Dentsply International. Mr. Stratton brings over 17 years of leadership experience within the dental industry and will serve as the President of DEKA Laser Technologies, Inc.

Michel Madeira will serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to DEKA, Mr. Madeira held the position of Vice President of Sales Americas for Zimmer Dental and brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience within the dental industry.
