About the Speakers

Dr. Benjamin Oppenheimer
Benjamin Oppenheimer, DDS is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where he was acknowledged for Academic Excellence and won the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Award. He is currently a fellow of the ICOI. With years of MDI experience Dr. Ben has been a lead industry speaker for progressive companies such as Imtec a 3M company and FIRST Labs an industry leading MDI protocol lab. His knowledge of implant hardware, bone grafting materials, CBCT scanning, digital treatment planning, and minimally invasive implant dentistry have opened new opportunities for hundreds of dentists across the nation. Dr. Ben has authored several scientific articles that have fostered the confidence, and success of the practices and people he has worked with. Dr. Ben has installed over 2,000 MDI cases covering all aspects of treatments.

Andew Jakson
Mr. Andrew Jakson is a pioneer in the area of Mini Dental Implants. Andy has been a lab owner for over 15 years during which he has applied his technical background to continuous improvement and the development of the MDI industry. With over 20 years of experience as a technician Andy has teamed with Imtec a 3M company and was instrumental in the development of implant hardware, tools, and technology that have helped to shape the industry. This experience has allowed Andy to process over 20,000 MDI cases through his labs and develop MDI restorative protocol next to none. He has also gained industry credibility working with Ivoclar to build beta testing programs such as e-max, inline, and d-sign porcelain. Andy brings a level of differentiation to the table through his ability to walk doctors through any case processed through his lab.
