Instructors
Robert Marx, DDS
Dr. Robert E. Marx, Professor of Surgery and Chief of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Universitys of Miami Miller School of Medicine, is widely known as an educator, researcher and innovative surgeon. He has pioneered new concepts and treatments for pathologies of the oral and maxillofacial area as well as new techniques in reconstructive surgery.

Craig Misch, DDS, MDS
Dr. Craig Misch practices as a dual specialist in prosthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Sarasota, Florida. He has faculty appointments at NYU, the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Florida. Dr. Misch is on the editorial boards of the IJOMI, Implant Dentistry and Oral Implantology. He lectures extensively on reconstructive surgery and has been a featured speaker for several organizations including the AO, AAOMS, ACOMS, and AAP.

Peter Moy, DMD
Dr. Peter Moy received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a certificate in General Practice Residency from Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and his certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from UCLA Hospital and Medical
Center. He is currently on staff in the departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as Hospital Dentistry at UCLA. He is also the Co-director of the UCLA Dental Implant Center.

Arun K. Garg, DMD
Dr. Arun Garg, for nearly 20 years, served as a full-time Professor of Surgery in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and as Director of Residency Training at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He is currently in practice in Miami, Florida and Director of the Center for Dental Implants of South Florida. Dr. Garg continues to make strides to advance the industry, developing and refining many surgical techniques and devices that simplify surgery while making it more predictable.
