This half-day course is designed for the general practitioner, who has limited or no experience in bone grafting and implant techniques. With hands-on models and clinical lectures, the participant will obtain a good understanding of how to use bone regeneration materials for simple socket extractions. The participants will learn how to prepare the extraction site for future dental implants. This course is an excellent foundation for our 2 day Implant Dentistry workshops where attendees will learn how to place implants and how to incorporate implant dentistry into their practices

About the Speakers

Dr. Paraon DeQuiroz

Dr. Paraon DeQuiroz earned his DDS at Loma Linda University. His achievements include over 15 years of private practice and nearly 1100 hours of continuing education. Currently, he is preparing to apply for a Fellowship of AAID, AGD and ICOI. He is the head of Implant Surgery at Dr. Feffer and Associates, located in
La Mesa, California.

Dr. Terry Work

Dr. Terry Work graduated from Oregon Health Science University in 1989. After dental school, he served in the United States Navy and was stationed in San Diego, CA. for 4 years. He and his wife, Dr. Mary Ann Work practice together at Dental Works, PC in Scottsdale Arizona, and have practiced dentistry for over 17 years. Dr Work keeps up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
