Course Objectives

The main objective of the implant courses is to provide you with an understanding of the clinical and practice management elements that are needed to successfully implement dental implantology and bone grafting procedures into your dental practice. You will learn practical information about bone grafting and you will learn surgical procedures otherwise referred out to other specialists.

All courses include live surgeries. Based on instructor preference, you will either watch as the instructor performs the surgery, perform the implant yourself on a patient the instructor provides, or you will be able to perform the surgery on your own patient.

Our instructors tailor their courses into two or three day sessions where you will gain knowledge and experiences on most of the following topics:

*Patient selection and business considerations

*Treatment planning for implant success

*Review of grafting options to choose the best materials

*Socket grafting using hands-on models

*Techniques in bone grafting from incision to suturing

*Implant selection to maximize return on investment

*Implant placement procedures

*Terminology and histology

*Clinical case examples

*Treating complications

*Billing Insurance codes

*Effectively evaluate and provide patient aftercare

*Live surgery observations and demonstrations
