Title: Bimaxillary Fixed Rehabilitation with Full-Arch Prosthetics Using the All-on-4TM Technique

Prosthetics: Upper- MALO CLINIC Ceramic Bridge, Lower- MALO CLINIC Acrylic Bridge.

This 49-years-old patient’s major complaints were related to the missing teeth and the poor aesthetics of his removable prostheses. Clinical and radiographic examination revealed that the remaining teeth in the maxilla were not salvageable and a fixed prosthesis over implants was presented as the ideal treatment option for both the maxilla and the mandible.

The patient accepted the treatment plan and after extraction of the remaining teeth, simultaneous dual arch All-on-4TM surgery was performed, along with placement of immediate fixed provisional prostheses.

After a 6-month osseointegration and remodeling period, a MALO CLINIC Ceramic Bridge was placed in the maxilla and a MALO CLINIC Acrylic Bridge was placed in the mandible.
