Title: Multidisciplinary rehabilitation of a central incisor.

Prosthetics: Unitary crown – NobelProceraTM Zirconia

A young male patient came to the MALO CLINIC Lisbon unsatisfied with his clinical condition; the patient's major concern was the absence of tooth #11(upper right central incisor)* that had been rehabilitated with a removable prosthesis which caused discomfort and presented aesthetic problems.

The patient presented with good periodontal health and oral hygiene and was without evidence of parafunctional habits. A treatment plan was proposed to the patient to restore the edentulous space with a single unit implant supported crown.

The multidisciplinary treatment included implant surgery in the position of the right central incisor, using a NobelSpeedyTM Replace (placed taking into consideration the orthodontic plan). The restoration was completed with the placement of a NobelProceraTM Zirconia crown over the implant. Additionally, the patient underwent endodontics, other restorative dentistry and external bleaching.
