The video demonstrates that flapless guided implantology is for cases(patients) where is enough bone ! The same is valid for practitionesr who are placing implants where enogh bone is in accordanace with prosthetic procedures. Implantology should offer teh patient the placement of implants where these belongs to support a correct prosthetic but ! remodelling the bone arhitecture.
You can not say the patient: I place the implants where you have bone and the rest I will let to resorb because I don’t want do grafting. It should be correct saying: I will do first a good bone and I will place the implants in corect places and positions.
The video demonstrates how quick somebody can work ! Bonesplitting should start with a splitflap !!! so you can be sure you can close the wound, and to mainain the vascularisation of the buccal boneplate. After splitting use condensers to avid the risc of penetrating outside ! The cooling of the bur is primitive ! Too much time spent in front of a computer.
Ummm, dude, I have noooooo idea what you’re saying
