Drinking Alcohol and Dental Implants: Do They Mix?

I’m thinking about getting dental implants, but I’m a medium drinker. So I’m wondering is there a problem with drinking alcohol before I get dental implants? What about after? Will alcohol effect the healing process? Can this lead to complications?
