can u pls mention more about the pepgen putty??
I am really surprise how Dr Salama put the graft material .I thought the graft material has to be packed gainst the sinus walls ( medial , mesial and floor) in order to enhance osseoconduction.Regarding the membrane perforations we can obtain the same results with the Mectron technology. So this technology is not really new
I don’t understand what is so new about this technique.
New technique for those lost in space for 10 years!
