The All-on-4TM concept is a widely applicable surgical protocol that allows for the rehabilitation of an atrophic, fully edentulous maxilla or mandible, by taking advantage of the dense bone available in the anterior maxilla and between the mandibular foramina avoiding the need for complex, time consuming and often debilitating bone grafting procedures.
Combining this concept with computer guided surgery – NobelGuideTM concept – enables any surgeon to perform precise total implant rehabilitation with maximum comfort for the patient, as well as allowing for prosthesis delivery immediately following the surgery.
Using these two concepts in conjunction will allow the clinician to select in the 3D software the size and type of implants to be used, as well as their exact planned position. This approach offers significant advantages for the clinician (a more precise, faster and safer procedure) as well as for the patient (reduced post-operative period and discomfort).
