No. Treads design and shape of body will make an implant either non self tapping, to somehow self tapping to really self tapping. Take Staumann TL (parallel body with very small treads, to BLT : tapper shape and medium treads, to BLX more tapper and aggressive treads. They all work in different situation, and need to understand the geometry design, bone density, biology and indication. How much CE did you took in implant? Brand sponsored or science based ?
