Intraoral Welding to Achieve Predictable Primary Stability in Immediate Loading

There were a number of discussions here on immediate function and computer guided versus teeth guided (prosthetic) and computer assisted. Pretty much playing with words, but the process is different. One of the ways to achieve predictable primary stability, besides implant site preparation and implant insertion, is intraoral welding. This is a technique that is over 30 years old and has demonstrated many advantages in clinical practice. Please see the case below. Questions, suggestions and recommendations extremely welcome. Mike
