Implant placement with minimal buccal plate?

I have placed one implant position 14, with internal sinus lift, one week ago. The insertion torque was 25-30 Ncm, open healing. There seems to be a minimal buccal plate. What should I do?

Wait.... If you continue to place implants this situation will become normal and you wont worry about it. One thing I have learned over the past 15+ years of perio/implants is that you can't treat an x-ray and there is always a thicker plate then what appears on a CBCT. This is not a problem,

I would be more concerned about the amount of gingiva. Look at the photo. It is really thick and that is great!
