3D Guided Implant Placement

This case involves missing #16,17,23,24,25,26,27. The placement of implants was helped thru the use of 3d implant planning and surgical guide fabrication. As osteotome was used for bone condensing on 27, and ridge split and expansion was performed on #23,24. Immediate loading was not performed due to low bone quality and insertion torque.
