Failed Dental Implant Treatment

In this video, a patient presented with a failed upper left central incisor implant. There was buccal and palatal side swelling. Upon probing there was pus discharge and bleeding. The decision was made that due to the infection, the implant should be removed. After removal, the site was grafted.
