Implant with Graft after Infection

This case involved an implant failure due an unknown infection. The panaromic radiograph was indeterminate, but, after opening the flap, it was determined that the area needed to be grafted and that another implant could be placed. In the case, a CGF membrane was used to contain the graft, but other membrane options are discussed.
