Infection of Lower Premolar: Extract and Place Implant

In this video, the lower left 2nd premolar was extracted due to infection. Three implants were then placed: lower right 1st molar, lower left 2nd premolar, and 1st molar. Guided bone regeneration incorporating PRF was used during the procedure. 2 months following placement, the implants were restored with screw-retained zirconia crowns.
