Mandibular Fixed Screw Retained Restoration

This video shows the use of a surgical guide for a mandibular fixed screw retained restoration. Includes pre-op CT’s showing the 3D planning involved, PRF preparation (graft is later mixed with PRF), extraction, flap reflection, and guide seating/fixation. Finally, osteotomies are prepared and implants are placed.

Another beautiful case presentation by Dr. Mazor . What is your opinion on the risk of mandibular flexure to the distal fixtures by splinting the Prostheses distal to the mental foramen bilaterally ? I thought that was a no -no . Thanks .
