Sinus Lateral Approach followed by Immediate Placement

Immediate loading of implants, is generally considered quite difficult following sinus lift surgery. This video shows a case where the technique could be performed satisfactorily. In the patient in this case, the occlusion was disrupted, and #24 was hopeless and therefore extracted. A lateral sinus lift was performed, an implant was placed and the ISQ value was measured to ensure that there would be no problem loading the implant.
