Predictable alternative to invasive sinus lift?

The tx plan consists of restoring this patient up to first molar occlusion on the right side. Site #30 is suitable for an implant but #3 requires a lateral wall sinus lift which the patient refuses to have done. What would you offer the patient as a "predictable" alternative?

We really don’t have enough info to help you. With the canine being the most posterior tooth on UR you need more than a single implant to restore that area. RPD not a good option with those post/cores. Did you get a CT?
