Print This PostAccording to the Boston Business Journal, Soadco Klockner of Andorra, and manufacturer of the Klockner Implant system, the leading implant system in Spain, has just purchased a 3,500 space at 160 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, for its U.S. headquarters. The dental implants manufacturer will employ 10 people at this location, but the company is looking for another location in Boston to house manufacturing, an expansion that would generate 140 jobs over the next three years.
About Klockner Implant System
The foundation of Klockner Implant System dates back to 1982. A company with a firm focus on research was created by a group of concerned professionals, anxious for changes, who saw their ideas bear fruit with the launch of the first implant developed wholly in Spain [design and manufacture] on to the market. The implant, which was characterised by its tall and robust hexagon [1.8 mm], broke away from traditional implantology and created the basis of the company’s philosophy.
The Scientific Director of Klockner is Dr Alejandro Padrós Fradera, creator of a revolutionary technique in implantology, a tireless researcher and a professional of world wide renown.
Currently, the Klockner Implant System has become the leader in units sold in its country of origin [Spain] and is present in more than 20 countries around the world.
