Why does my crown keep falling off my implant?

I have had the crown on my dental implant recemented 3 times in the past year….and now it has fallen off again. Why would the crown keep falling off? What could be some of the reasons? Does it have to do with the implant itself?

I am having this happen now got it place last month and on its second time falling off. My dentist said we’re going to go the screw-in route now

It could be like mine, the post has the old glue on it, so everytime it is glued back on by the dentist they are glueing it to the old glue. So, progressively the build up of glue makes it more likely to fall off on each subsequent time it is glued back on.
