IMTEC Introduces New Vision Software

Print This PostIMTEC Corporation introduced a newly redesigned version of Vision Software. FlashCTVision is a visualization package which works in conjunction with IMTEC’s proprietary FlashCT software for Industrial CT applications. Using data produced by a FlashCT scanner, Vision provides users with tools for viewing, measuring and analyzing scan and reconstruction data. This data may be in the form of a raw scan or a reconstruction.
Vision has been completely redesigned with many new, workflow friendly features to make this industry-leading technology even better. Improved features include the following: superb, high-performance volume rendering; new metrology tools; new report generation capability; simplified data interaction; and MPR/ MIP/ minIP/ FadedMIP/ Volume rendering modes.
“Vision represents a new milestone for IMTEC in Industrial Computed Tomography,” said Scott Keating, VP of Engineering. “As industry leaders in CT systems, we are proud to release a visualization package that lives up to our motto, ‘Speak volumes with your data.’ “
Vision will be used in IMTEC’s line of Industrial scanning systems and the ILUMA, a Cone Beam Computed Tomography scanner for the dental and medical communities.
