Flapless procedure with no graft: Failing or Not?

I placed an immediate 3.5×13 Nobel Replace conical connection implant in area #7 using a flapless procedure with gap space about 1mm to 1.5, which was impossible to fill with bone graft and thus, bone graft procedure was not done. X-ray shows presence of space near implant platform. Was wondering if it will be fine to restore or should more healing time be allowed or is this implant failing? Patient had no pain after 2nd day post surgery and it has been 4 months of healing time after placement.

Do you have better x-ray and one from day of implant placement to compare ? What kind of provisional restoration ? Maybe the temp denture is making to much pressure. There is a gap/bone lost at the neck of the implant on the x-ray. What is the tx plan for this case ? We see other implants that look like they are very close together (or it is the x-ray)

I use every time bone graft material together with the implant insertion. I have never seen crestal bone resorption. I use DENTOGEN with 4% potassium nitrat liquid as a bone augmentation material which sets in a minute.
