Implant in inferior turbinate: prognosis?

Last Updated: Nov 13, 2014

I am making a maxillary implant retained overdenture for this patient. 4 implants. One of the anterior implants appear to be in or bordering the inferior turbinate. What is the prognosis for the overdenture after it is loaded? What do you recommend?

Not a real problem , not ideal but will be fine. Main thing here is to make the denture on a bar structure to splint the Implants .. Peter

Without posterior lower jaw rehabilitation the frontal maxillary area will be definitely overloaded during mastication.

need to sort the lower posterior occlusion or will overload anteriorly

Is that why a splinting the implants was suggested
