Patient with trigeminal neuralgia: contraindication for implants?

A patient aged 55 reported to the clinic with retained maxillary molars and mandibular anteriors. Patient wants implant supported overdenture for maxillary and mandibular arches. Patient has a history of trigeminal neuralgia for the past 10 years and is under medication. Is it contraindicated to treat this patient with an All-on-4 treatment plan? What do you recommend?
