Hepatitis C: Can I Get Dental Implants?

I am considering implants, both upper and lower. Three years ago I had hepatitis C – liver and kidneys all but shutting down. Totally fine now, but wonder if that will impact the success of the dental implants, or would have no effect at this point at all. The scan showed bone is good to go. Thanks.

Your annual physical includes blood chemistry (with liver enzymes) & urinalysis. If you have no current pathology, as verified by tests and examination by your G.P., there would be no contraindications to dental implants.
