How difficult is it to replace a crown on my dental implant?

I had a dental implant about 5 years ago on my upper canine and I do not like the aesthetic of the crown on the implant. The crown is bulky and sticks out further than my regular tooth. Is is relatively simple to remove the crown and replace it with a new one? Any issues/concerns in doing such a procedure?
