Implant success rate after ridge augmentation?

After one has a split ridge augmentation, what is the success/failure rate for dental implants? Does the ridge augmentation increase the success rate and the average longevity of the implants?

implant life increases as the quality of bone increases,,ridge augmentation increases the quality & quantity of bone .

The fact that patient needs bone augmentation means that the bone is not sufficient to put implant. An augmentation procedure will help to have optimum bone around implant & when new bone is formed , will increase the success rate of implants.
