Implant Supported Denture: Can I Take These Out for Cleaning?

How many implants are recommended for full upper and lower dentures? What kind of implants are best for this? Would I be able to take the implant supported dentures out at night for cleaning? Thanks

I've successfully completed many overdenture cases with 4 maxillary implants and 2 mandibular implants. Adding 2 additional implants to the mandibular treatment plan, with appropriate spacing and positioning will increase rigidity, reducing movement of the prosthesis. Finances often limit the number of implants placed. The popular Locator attachment allows for easy removal for cleaning and re-insertion. Theodore M Grossman DMD
