Need bone grafting for upper denture: do I lose my denture for six months?
Last Updated: Apr 24, 2013
Currently, I am wearing a removable bridge but the four remaining teeth have bone loss. I would need to have the teeth extracted, get a bone graft, allow this to heal without having anything for teeth on my upper jaw. I work full time and I understand that the integrity of the graft can’t have a denture rubbing on it or pressure being put on it, but how does one do this? I can’t take six months off of work to get this done. What are some options?
