Ideally you want to do all the orthodontic treatment before the implant is placed so that the implant can be placed in the best position. If you have the implant placed first and the orthodontics move the teeth adjacent to the implant, the result might be an implant that now is not in the best position. You are right to be concerned about the possibility of needing a bone graft after two years. Without an implant helping to keep the bone that you have, you will loose some bone during the orthodontics and depending on the amount you loose, you may or may not need a graft when it is time to put the implant. I would ask the orthodontist if the implant can be placed midway through treatment, when he does not expect the position of the adjacent teeth to change.
