Spare parts for 3M Endure Implants?
I recently had a patient present with a fractured abutment screw inside a 3M Endure implant. 3M reports they no longer make restorative components for this implant line. They referred me to Implant Innovations and PREAT who both also no longer manufacture restorative components. Does anyone have a source for 3M Endure restorative components?

I checked Osseosource and they list no compatible products, you may be out of luck. Ironic moniker "Endure."

Endure compatible components are available from C-Tech in Italy or Implant Solutions in the UK.
