Replacing my dentures with implants: Is it too soon?

Last Updated: Jan 30, 2013

I have full mouth dentures, which were placed 6 months ago. I am still unable to chew properly, and am experiencing extreme dry mouth. Is it too soon to consider dental implants? Do I need to wait some time before attempting to replace the dentures?

This is the optimal time. After 6 months bone resorbs making implant placement more difficult and costly.
