All on 4 Implants: How Long Do They Last?

I’m a 78 year old woman in good health with some osteoporosis and osteopenia. Is the All on 4 method in my best interest? I’m thinking about it for my upper teeth. Is it safe for me given my conditions and age? How long would it last? I live in the Rockland County area…I can travel to NJ.

“All-on-4” may be for you, if you are in need of removal of the remaining upper teeth or you have none there already, and you are interested in an implant supported fixed bridge to replace them. Generally speaking, when performed using MALO CLINIC protocols and techniques, implants and the fixed bridge (final bridge) should last decades! Osteoporosis/ osteopoenia can be a problem, particularly if you are taking medications in the Bisphosphonate family to help you, so it’s important to discuss those things and other medical problems you may have with your treating doctor(s). Best of luck! Dr Moss
