Implant Placement following Alveoloplasty

This video shows two cases where implants were placed immediately following Alveoloplasty, i.e. Bone leveling or trimming. The first case involves a 73-year old female whose bridge fell off. The second case involves a simple extraction followed by bone leveling or trimming. Alveoloplasty was performed using a chisel and bur. How often do you do alveoloplasty in your practice?
