What prevents migration of the graft material beyond the sinus? No membranes were added to close the opening in the sinus membrane. What is the origin/composition of Osteon III?

The post operative cbct image looks very unusual. It appears that the sinus cavity is overfilled with graft material that does not have a clearly defined superior border. The human body is capable of adapting to many injuries. It would be usefull to see how this patient looks on a cbct image in another 6 months.

sinus problems since dental implant placement, could have something to do with injury to nasopalatine canal?
