Digitally Planned Bone Augmentation and Immediate Implantation
This video shows a case using the Maxgraft Ring technique to provide bone augmentation along with an immediate placement of a Straumann BLT implant. While the Maxgraft Ring is not yet available in the US, the video still provides an excellent overview of guided surgery and other techniques for implant placement. The case involves a missing central incisor that was lost 2 months prior to the surgery. There are vertical and horizontal bone defects, as well as soft tissue deficiency.
