Suturing in Guided Bone Regeneration
This video provides clinical tips for suturing techniques in Guided Bone Regeneration. In Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) proper wound closure is essential for clinical success. This is achieved thru a combination of mattress and simple sutures. During the procedure demonstrated, the clinician used both PTFE Sutures and Absorbable Sutures. PTFE sutures are ideal non-resorbable sutures for many dental implant surgical procedures, where the usage of a monofilament suture with low bacterial adhesion is recommended The most popular sutures for implant dentistry are available at DDSGadget.com.
